Elaine Zhang, BSc, RD, is a registered dietitian accredited by the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia, along with a minor in Commerce, and completed her dietetic internship at Royal Columbian Hospital.

Elaine brings extensive experience across a wide range of nutrition specialties, including preventive health, diabetes management, weight management, cholesterol control, digestive health, pregnancy nutrition, and infant nutrition.

In addition to her clinical work, Elaine is a media dietitian and content manager who has been featured on television, radio, and in print media. She also runs her own YouTube channel, where she shares practical, evidence-based guidance to help make healthy eating accessible and sustainable.
